By downloading, installing, or using the Thinking application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Thinking is an AI-powered private wellness companion application that provides CBT-based support and personal reflection tools. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults and is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, licensed mental health services, or religious authority.

The App is a technology product, not a licensed mental health provider. Responses are AI-generated and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Decent People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any content generated by the App.
