Thinking is an AI-powered private wellness companion application that provides CBT-based support and personal reflection tools. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults and is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, licensed mental health services, or religious authority.
The App is a technology product, not a licensed mental health provider. Responses are AI-generated and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care. All content, design, code, and features of the App are owned by Good Decent People and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Decent People shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any content generated by the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
